ଡଃ ସ୍ଥିତଧୀ ରଥ ଜଣେ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠିତ ଭାରତୀୟ ଶିଳ୍ପୀ, ଯିଏ କି ନିଜର ଅନନ୍ୟ ଏବଂ ମନୋମୁଗ୍ଧକର କଳାଶୈଳୀ ପାଇଁ ସୁପରିଚିତ। ୧୯୭୭ ମସିହାରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ବୁଗୁଡ଼ାଠାରେ ଜନ୍ମଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଥିବା ଡଃ ରଥ, ଭାରତ ତଥା ଆନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ସ୍ତରରେ କଳା ଜଗତକୁ ବିଶେଷ ଅବଦାନ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ସେ ଉତ୍କଳ ସଂସ୍କୃତି ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟରୁ ଦୃଶ୍ୟକଳା (Visual Arts) ରେ ପିଏଚ୍.ଡି. ହାସଲ କରିଛନ୍ତି, ଯାହା ତାଙ୍କର କଳାତ୍ମକ ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠତା ପ୍ରତି ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗୀକୃତ ମନୋଭାବକୁ ଦର୍ଶାଏ।

ଡଃ ରଥ ଅନେକ ଆନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ସକ୍ରିୟ ଭାବେ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣ କରି ନିଜର ବୈଶ୍ୱିକ ପ୍ରଭାବ ବିସ୍ତାର କରିଛନ୍ତି।
